Bread making with Silvana de Soissons
Come to Common Farm to learn the fundamentals of what happens when flour meets yeast and water with with Silvana de Soissons of The Foodie Bugle. From mixing to kneading, fermenting, rolling, proofing, moulding, slitting and baking, this hands-on class will show you how to make a plain white round loaf, a spelt tin loaf, seeded malt rolls, a herby focaccia and bread sticks. As well as a delicious lunch, you will be able to take all the bread you made home with the recipes, full of baking confidence and knowledge.
