DIY Wedding Flowers Workshop
Perfect for the DIY bride, this workshop will show you how to make the most of the flowers you have for your wedding, how many stems you’ll need, how long the flowers will need to condition, how best to make them last and how to arrange them.
Wedding flowers created by a professional florist are rightly expensive. If you’ve grown your own flowers, or have a good grower from whom you can buy flowers, you might like to save some of that money by arranging your own.
Georgie Newbery teaches a fun day in which you learn to make the most of the flowers you have, how many stems you’ll need, how long the flowers will need to condition, how best to make them last.
You’ll make a jam jar posy and a button hole.
The workshop runs from 10am – 3pm and takes place at Common Farm Flowers, Charlton Musgrove, Somerset.
The cost includes the materials to make your posy and button hole, including flowers, as well as lunch and refreshments – there’s always plenty of coffee and cake!
