The 5th April workshop has recently taken place but the recording is now available to buy. Simply order as if you were booking a place on the session, when the website asks you for a delivery date any date will do, and we will send the recording over to you as soon as we get chance.
Living the dream - how to plan a successful lifestyle business and make it work....join this workshop and make a realistic plan to turn your dream of working for yourself from home from fantasy to reality.
Georgie Newbery has been running her business Common Farm Flowers from home for eleven years and not only has she learned a great deal about how to make a business which pays what it needs to, but also how to keep that business ‘lifestyle.’
In this session she’ll talk about how she took the idea to grow flowers for sale and systematised that idea so that a) the business makes enough to keep a family of four (objective 1!) but b) allows her to make a life which suits that family of four.
Her business has a very strong Planet before Profit ethic, which needs sustaining despite the costs, she has to keep re-evaluating what she likes and doesn’t like to do so that there are strong boundaries within which she can be very creative, but which prevent her from spinning off into too many directions and so becoming a busy fool.
Georgie will share her ideas for strategising and systematising so that she’s always free to create, while being confident that she’ll be able to pay the bills at the end of the month.
