Spend a day learning all about the intricacies of growing an English country cut flower patch with Georgie Newbery.
Georgie will give you a tour of the eco friendly flower patch and farm at Common Farm, showing how to lay out and make the most of your patch, and then you’ll sow flower seeds with Georgie showing you how, taking a whole garden in a tray home with you at the end of the day.
With a light lunch, seeds, compost and pots included, this is a great fun day in which you’ll learn everything from top seed-sowing techniques to cutting and conditioning the flowers you grow.
Ideal for beginner as well as more experienced gardeners.
The workshop runs from 10am – 3pm on various dates throughout the year and takes place at Common Farm Flowers, Charlton Musgrove, Somerset.
Cost includes lunch, refreshments and your own seed sowing from the day to take home.
