There won’t be any of our very popular face to face Christmas decorations workshops at Common Farm this year, so instead, Georgie will show you how to make one of her fabulous foraged wreaths yourself with material you can find at home.
Her willow wreaths are stunning, so come along and see how she makes the perfect, smooth circle of magic willow, adds the ‘hairy’ bits, and how she makes the garland of hedgerow goodies so that she’s made a 100% biodegradable wreath for the door (or the table,) with a willow frame which can be used again and again.
The demo will take place via Zoom at 4.30pm (GMT) and last approximately 40 minutes. We will send you the link to the Zoom meeting a couple of days before the session takes place. Please note that, unlike our longer online workshops, we will not send out video recordings or notes following this session.
Most of our flowers and foliage are grown on our flower farm in Somerset. During some of the winter months we order flowers from our flower farming friends in other parts of the country. We only ever use British grown flowers. Our flowers are cut from the farm fresh each morning, before being arranged and sent for next day delivery.
Because our flowers are picked fresh each day, each of our bouquets is totally unique. Although we can't guarantee a particular flower or colour scheme in your bouquet please let us know if you have any particular requests and we will do our best to meet them. We promise that your bouquet will be fresh and beautiful.
