In this live seminar Georgie Newbery will show you how to make a hand tied bouquet with flowers cut fresh from her flower farm in Somerset.

The demo will include a very simple trial posy so that you can see the exact method of making a hand tied twist. Then Georgie will show you how to use those skills to make a bigger bouquet with lots of different varieties of flowers and foliage. During the demo Georgie will give you a little tour of her flower farm, and show you some of how she runs her cut flower year.

You will have a chance to ask questions, and there will be a handout sent afterwards with a list of flowers and foliage used, and top tips to help you to remember what you’ve learned.

Georgie is an experienced and inspirational teacher who has a deep knowledge of how to make the most of cut flowers from the garden, and many years’ experience helping others do the same.

Places are very limited for this workshop and participants will be sent the link to join online nearer the time of the workshop taking place.

What can you expect when you order our flowers?

Most of our flowers and foliage are grown on our flower farm in Somerset. During some of the winter months we order flowers from our flower farming friends in other parts of the country. We only ever use British grown flowers. Our flowers are cut from the farm fresh each morning, before being arranged and sent for next day delivery.

Because our flowers are picked fresh each day, each of our bouquets is totally unique. Although we can't guarantee a particular flower or colour scheme in your bouquet please let us know if you have any particular requests and we will do our best to meet them. We promise that your bouquet will be fresh and beautiful.
