In this live online demo, Georgie will show you how to create a glorious hand tied bouquet with seasonal flowers and foliage she has cut fresh from her farm in Somerset.
Obviously Georgie will only be using the very best in seasonal British flowers, and will encourage you to do the same when it comes to making your own bouquet. You might have a cut flower patch of your own, or you might simply love buying fresh flowers - this demo is for anyone, no matter your previous skill level when it comes to flower arranging.
Georgie will talk to you about conditioning your flowers before creating your bouquet, as well as how to look after your bouquet once made - without the use of chemicals.
The demo will take place via Zoom at 4.30pm (GMT) and last between 45-60 minutes. We will send you the link to the Zoom meeting a couple of days before the session takes place (contact us if you’ve not received this information by the Wednesday evening before the session, but check your junk mail first as the emails can sometimes end up in there.)
We will then send out a recording of the demo a few days after the session - which also means you can enjoy this demo, even if you're not available at 4.30pm on a Friday! Please note that, unlike our longer online workshops, we will not send out notes following this session.
Most of our flowers and foliage are grown on our flower farm in Somerset. During some of the winter months we order flowers from our flower farming friends in other parts of the country. We only ever use British grown flowers. Our flowers are cut from the farm fresh each morning, before being arranged and sent for next day delivery.
Because our flowers are picked fresh each day, each of our bouquets is totally unique. Although we can't guarantee a particular flower or colour scheme in your bouquet please let us know if you have any particular requests and we will do our best to meet them. We promise that your bouquet will be fresh and beautiful.
