Festive Demos

We are hoping it’s not too early to do a whole newsletter devoted to Christmas, but our festive demos take place in just over FOUR WEEKS time so it’s important that we share this now!

We have 3 demos coming up. Much more detail about each one below. These are perfect for you if you are interested in learning how Georgie creates festive decorations using foraged materials and eco floristry skills.

You don’t need any previous floristry experience to watch any of these demos. They are all suitable for anyone keen to learn how to make the most of their garden, to dress their house in a way which is 100% biodegradable for the winter holiday season.

As usual, if you can’t join in live, we record the sessions and send them out afterwards so you have the recordings to keep forever.

Monday 17th November The Christmas Willow Wreath Demo

Join Georgie as she demonstrates exactly how to make the perfect willow wreath.

Watch the demo and be inspired to create your own wreath base, which can be a gorgeous circle to hang on the wall or door all year round, and then learn to make a garland which in this case will be attached to the wreath but is a skill you can use to create garlanding for your door or table any time of the year.

Tuesday 18th November The Festive Mossed Wreath Demo

Join Georgie as she shows you a clever and efficient way to make a luxurious, fully mossed wreath.

She’ll show you how you can source and forage material from your own garden. Then, step by step, she demonstrates how to create a twig base, how to moss your base, and using no wire, how to bind in a glorious mix of stems she will have cut that day from her own garden inspiring you to go and forage from yours.

Wednesday 19th November The Christmas Tablescape Demo

Join Georgie for this lovely end of year session designed to inspire you to get out in your garden or down to the flower market and have some fun creating gorgeous arrangements for your Christmas season table.

With lots of twiggery pokery, seasonal foliage, dried flowers and seasonal fresh flowers from her Cornish colleagues, Georgie will give you all kinds of clever ideas and know-how so that your Christmas table will have real wow-factor.
