Funeral and Sympathy Flowers

When someone you love has died, choosing flowers for them can feel extremely important. We take that seriously here.

Georgie Newbery grows flowers on Common Farm Flowers' seven acres between Bruton and Wincanton in Somerset. Real garden flowers, with scent and movement and the kind of softness that comes from being freshly cut rather than shipped from overseas. For a funeral, that difference feels right.

What we offer

We make three kinds of tribute: a hand-tied sheaf designed to rest on a coffin, a full casket spray, and a wreath. All are created from whatever is growing most beautifully at the farm at the time of the service, within your colour preferences. They suit both traditional services and woodland or natural burials.  They are made with entirely sustainable mechanics and are wildlife-safe to leave in a churchyard or a natural burial site.

Our flowers are British, seasonal and grown here on the farm. Because of this, we can only offer funeral flowers between April and September.

Talk to Georgie about funeral flowers

Because every funeral is personal, we don't take bookings through the website for this. Please get in touch with Georgie directly and she'll make time to talk it through with you.

We ask for as much notice as you can give us, ideally at least a week. We know that isn't always possible with a bereavement, and we will do everything we can to help at short notice if you need us to.
