The Dahlia Hand Tie Demo
Dahlias can be difficult to use in floral arrangements so join Georgie for this demo and she will give you top tips for using dahlias for all sustainable floristry. This demo will help you take your dahlias from your garden, with a discussion on their particular demands when cutting and conditioning them and put these gorgeous blooms centre stage in your cut flower arrangements.
The Sweet Pea Demo

Join Georgie for this session in which she’ll talk about the place foliage demands in floristry, recommends good varieties to grow, discusses cutting and conditioning, and demonstrates with some lovely autumn foliage cut from her own fields that day.
