All the demos listed below start at 5pm (GMT) and last around 90 minutes. The sessions are recorded, so if you can’t join live or get interrupted part way through you can still book a place and not miss out.

Wednesday 11th February The Sowing Hardy Annuals Demo

Join Georgie for this online demo, as she shows you the best way to sow seeds for a summer full of garden flowers. With top tips and recommendations, Georgie will demonstrate how to sow seeds and prick out seedlings and help you decide when is best to plant out your young plants. There’ll be chat about compost, watering, plant protection and more. Georgie will tell you her preferred suppliers for seed and give you great tips for keeping your seedlings happy.

Monday 23rd February The Dahlia Growing Demo

Join Georgie and find out how to grow dahlias for a great summer and autumn harvest. With top tips and recommendations, Georgie will take you through the dahlia year discussing ordering, propagating, growing on, planting out, managing the growing season, and then how to lift and store your dahlia tubers, or just tuck them up in the ground to survive the winter.

Cut flower arrangements aren’t just about annual flowers, shrubs and perennials can really add to their wow factor! But which to choose? And how can you make them perform well in your garden floristry? During this inspiring demo, Georgie will take you through the principles you can apply when choosing shrubs and perennials for cutting, as well as give you great ideas and resources, and tips for managing your collection once it’s planted to ensure years of plenty of cut material throughout the season.
