We’ve a short break now for a few weeks for Easter, before our online demos return later in April. Here’s what we have coming up:
Monday 20th April The Sustainable Hand Tie Demo
If you grow flowers for cutting in your garden or cut flower patch, then this is a great demo for you to take part in as the season begins. Georgie is a very clear teacher and takes her time to make sure you can replicate every step she takes as she makes one of her own classic bouquets with gorgeous spring flowers.
Monday 27th April The Prepping Wedding Flowers Demo
If you’re planning to cut and arrange your own wedding flowers from your garden this demo will be an enormous help. During the session, Georgie will show you how you can work out your stem count for cutting, she’ll discuss your timings for conditioning and floristry, and give you top tips for getting the flowers done in plenty of time before the wedding.
Tuesday 28th April The Bridal Party Flowers Demo
The Bridal Party Flowers Demo is a detailed online session for people planning to create their own bridal party flowers. Georgie will talk you through cutting and creating a handtied bride’s bouquet, a bridesmaid’s posy, and a buttonhole (bouttoniere) in this demo. Using flowers and foliage she’s cut from her own flower farm she’ll give you top tips for stem counts, design balance, conditioning, and timing as well as how to make the most of the flowers on the wedding day itself.
Wednesday 29th April The Cutting and Conditioning Your Flowers Demo
To have success with flowers from your garden first you need to know how to cut and condition them successfully. Join Georgie for this online demo during which she’ll give you all her top tips for cutting and conditioning cut flowers and foliage successfully.

Our recent Spring Propagating Plants Demo is now available to buy, but only until 7th April. Simply order as if you were booking a place on the session and we will send the recording over to you as soon as we get chance.
Our next workshop at the farm
This one isn’t until June, but this is a quick reminder of our 1, 2 or 3 day Eco Floristry Retreat at the farm on 16th, 17th and 18th June. Book all 3 days or choose the day where we will cover the particular sustainable floristry skills that you are interested in learning more about.
