Join Georgie for this afternoon demonstration, and you can get ahead with your sweet peas sowing for your next crop!

Georgie will chat through the varieties she's planning to grow this coming year, the best way to prepare the ground, how many to sow, how often to sow, how many flowers per plant you can expect, how to achieve long stems, and how long can you expect the plants to go on flowering.

Georgie was inspired to start growing flowers commercially by her abundant sweet pea crop, and has been growing them for sale for twelve years.  She will share all her top tips on this cheerful and inspiring demonstration.

The demo will take place via Zoom at 5.00pm (GMT) and last approximately one hour. We will send you the link to the Zoom meeting a couple of days before the session takes place. We will then send out a recording of the demo a few days after the session - which also means you can enjoy this demo, even if you're not available at 5.00pm on a Friday!

Please note:

When booking a workshop place, our website will force you to choose a delivery date. Please choose any random date - we will know what workshop you want to join regardless of the delivery date!

Also note that we will be in touch a few days before the workshop with your joining instructions. If you’ve not received this email 48 hours beforehand please email nicola@commonfarmflowers.com but do please first check your junk / spam items and make sure you are checking the inbox of the email address you used to book your place.

We will send recordings (and notes if applicable) of workshops within 7 days of the session taking place, but usually much sooner than this.

What can you expect when you order our flowers?

Most of our flowers and foliage are grown on our flower farm in Somerset. During some of the winter months we order flowers from our flower farming friends in other parts of the country. We only ever use British grown flowers. Our flowers are cut from the farm fresh each morning, before being arranged and sent for next day delivery.

Because our flowers are picked fresh each day, each of our bouquets is totally unique. Although we can't guarantee a particular flower or colour scheme in your bouquet please let us know if you have any particular requests and we will do our best to meet them. We promise that your bouquet will be fresh and beautiful.
