Here's an outline of the 3 days:
Day One: Focus, led by Georgie Newbery
We’ll start with your why, revisiting your objectives and refreshing your vision. You’ll map a path forward, define your 'enough' and look at practical tools like business plans and cashflow forecasts that keep you focused without burning out.
We’ll close the day with a creative exercise: making and photographing still lifes that capture your insights and become a visual reminder to take with you.
Day Two: Brand, led by Francesca (Frou) McGarey
Once you’ve grounded your vision, it’s time to give it a voice. Together we’ll explore how to create a brand that feels like you; authentic, engaging, and sustainable.
You’ll work on telling your story, shaping offers that fit your capacity and building simple, repeatable marketing rhythms (no endless scrolling required).
You’ll also learn how to set up ChatGPT as your pocket-sized creative assistant.
You’ll leave with a clear brand map, three ready-to-go posts, a customer journey that works for you, and fresh confidence in how to share your work.
Day Three – Renew, led by Alice Armstrong-Scales
On the final day, we’ll look at how to sustain all this good work. Alice will guide you through practical tools and daily habits that keep you on track, help you prioritise what really matters, and cultivate calm and confidence as you go.
With her wealth of personal development experience, Alice will show you how to create a rhythm that supports inspiration, productivity, and balance, for you to apply every day, long after the retreat.

This is a three day retreat, at Common Farm Flowers in Somerset.
Each day will begin with arrivals from 9:30am and the workshop starting at 10am and finishing around 4pm each day.
A farm shop lunch is included in the cost of the workshop.
Accommodation is not included but there are plenty of lovely places to stay close to Common Farm Flowers.
